25,000 Mile or 1 Year Oil Change
The SyntheticShield 25,000 mile or 1 year oil change (which ever comes first) features Amsoil 100% synthetic motor oil and an Amsoil Absolute Efficiency oil filter (where applicable). It offers you superior protection while reducing maintenance costs with having to change your oil and filter only once during the year. Reduced friction promotes a cooler running engine with an increase in fuel economy with absolutely no sacrifice in engine protection. Included in the service are:
- Up to 5 quarts of Amsoil 100% synthetic motor oil
- Amsoil absolute efficiency oil filter
- Proper disposal of your used oil and filter
This includes your choice of 0W-20, 5W-30 & 10W-30 motor oil. Additional quarts over the 5 quart allowance are sold at retail price.

7,500 Mile or 6 Month Oil Change
Oil and Filter package
For those that want to use Amsoil synthetic lubricants but have driving conditions that warrant more frequent oil changes, you are not left out from the Amsoil inventory. For those conditions we recommend Amsoil XL or Extended Life synthetic motor oils that offer the same superior protection but require changing at 7,500 miles or 6 months, which ever comes first. Of course the same Amsoil Absolute Efficiency oil filters are available where applicable. Since Amsoil Absolute Efficiency oil filters are rated for 25,000 miles or 1 year, which ever comes first we recommend changing the oil filter at every other oil change to help save on costs. Included in the service are:
- Up to 5 quarts of Amsoil XL (Extended Life) synthetic motor oil
- Amsoil Absolute Efficiency oil filter
- Proper disposal of your used oil and filter
This includes your choice of 5W-20, 5W-30, 10W-30 & 10W-40 motor oil. Additional quarts over the 5 quart allowance are sold at retail price.

7,500 Mile or 6 Month Oil Change
Oil Only package
This is the same package as above minus the oil filter. The reason for this is that the Amsoil Absolute Efficiency oil filter is rated for an able to go 25,000 miles or 1 year between changes. Since the Amsoil Extended Life (XL) oil has a 7,500 Mile or 6 Month service life it makes sense to change the oil twice a year and the filter only once to save on maintenance expenses. Included in the service:
- Up to 5 quarts Amsoil XL (Extended Life) synthetic motor oil
- Proper disposal of your used oil
This includes your choice of 5W-20, 5W-30, 10W-30 & 10W-40 motor oil. Additional quarts over the 5 quart allowance are sold at retail price.
